Light Stretching


I tried one way for sleeping well the day before yesterday. I often hear it is good that do light stretching before sleeping. So I checked book written about yoga or stretching. And I found ''night yoga.'' This exercise is easy, because it can do with sitting. Also it takes about only 5 minutes. I felt confortable by stretching my body.
I can't mention obvious effect, but I could feel confortable and moderate weariness before sleeping. So I could go to sleep soon.
I think I want to do this stretching from now on. I think it is important to continue!

The Porpose of This Blog

The purpose of this blog is to know the best way for sleepnig soundly. My blog will be about the way for sleeping well. I will write the way I tried, and it's effect. I like sleeping, and I think sleep is important and necessity for people, so sleeping soundly makes me happy.
