The Way of Breath


Today, I'll introduce the way of breath for relaxing.
1. You get in futon, lie on your back, and relax without thinking.
2. You inhale the air from nose with taking time slowly.
Please image the feeling which you breathe clean the air in body.
3. After you inhale to limit, you stop breathing for 3 seconds.
4. You expire breath with taking time slowly.
Please image the feeling which you take out the air from toe.
You can lose power of body with breath.If you try this way of breath over and over again, you can relax mind and body, and sleepiness tempt you.
By the way, this picture is picture in the book about yoga. I can relax to look such a picture surrounded by nature.
